The side grader blade of our production is designed for snow and soil removal. The blade design makes it possible to complete a grader with an incompletely rotating traction frame with a side blade. It has an understandable movement of the working body in space (changing one parameter - the angle of the cut or the angle of the curb profile does not require adjusting the entire working equipment. The design also allows the side blade and the main blade to work independently of each other.
A two-level breakdown protection system is provided: in case of increased dynamic loads, for example, in case of impact on an obstacle, a safety valve / shear pins are triggered.
In the non-working position, the side blade does not interfere with the operation of the grader blade and practically does not protrude beyond the size.
It can be installed/adapted to graders from other manufacturers (for example, the DZ-98).
The set includes reliable hydraulic valves with electric control manufactured in the European Union and an ergonomic control unit located on the steering column (three position keys and a start button).
