It was created to expand the technological capabilities of a 40-ton crawler excavator.
It is designed for submerging pile elements of 12-14 m and drilling leader wells with augers up to 14 m deep.
A special feature of the mast design is an updated version of the piling mast layout for an excavator with improved functionality - connection via a pantograph with simultaneous installation of a hydraulic rotator and a hammer for the joint use of piling and drilling equipment.
A pantograph is a flexible connection between a mast and an excavator, in the form of a triangle with a mounting frame. This connection makes it convenient to bring the pile to the point of immersion, without moving the machine itself and the possibility of installing piles at an angle.
As well as the ability to change the height of the mast for dipping pile elements of different lengths of 12-14 meters.
The mast design allows both functions of the attachment to be used.:
– and sinking piles with a hammer;
– and drilling of lead pile wells,
depending on the construction project, both vertically and at an angle of 15 degrees.
