The WB93R-5 backhoe loader is characterized by high productivity and first-class performance characteristics, including increased values of breaking force and load capacity. The main design feature of the hydraulics of the Komatsu backhoe loader is the closed-center hydraulic system (CLSS).

Thanks to the regulated oil flow, the system makes efficient use of engine power at any given time. The presence of two operating modes – "High–power" and "Economical" - allows the operator to choose between maximum power and minimum fuel consumption.

The front bucket servo control joystick is standard equipment. The Power Shuttle gearbox has 4 forward gears and 4 reverse gears with the possibility of synchronized mechanical shifting. The electro-hydraulic differential locking mechanism combined with reinforced axles increases operational efficiency and operator confidence under a wide variety of operating conditions.

The curved shape of the boom improves loading performance, makes it easier to work in the presence of obstacles and provides high pulling force. The telescopic handle significantly expands the possibilities of practical use of the machine.

The cabin has a modern design, is equipped with structures for rollover protection (ROPS) and protection from falling objects (FOPS) and is equipped with all necessary equipment.

Its enlarged interior space, as well as large rounded windows, create optimal conditions for the operation of the ventilation system through a series of conveniently located ventilation openings.
