Boom and boom telescoping mechanism
The telescopic boom of this crane consists of six oval-shaped boom sections, is a box-shaped structure, is made of low-alloy high-strength sheet steel and is characterized by excellent bending strength, high load-bearing capacity, low weight, high lateral rigidity and low deformation on the boom section heads. The boom head is a plate structure. The overlap coefficient of the boom sections is high. Sliders are inserted. By improving the design, the boom's own weight is reduced and the distribution of forces across the boom sections is more uniform. In addition, the gap between adjacent boom sections can be adjusted to avoid bending the boom.
The boom telescoping mechanism is used with software automatic control and mechanical locking. The retractable boom sections can be extended and retracted sequentially using a hydraulic cylinder with a boom section locking mechanism.
Main and auxiliary hook suspensions
There are 3 types of main hook suspensions: 110 t, 70 T and 25 t. The 110 T main hook suspension is a two-horned hook with a cylindrical shank, it is an optional equipment. The main hook suspensions of 70 t and 25 t are single-horned hooks with a cylindrical shank, which are included as standard.
