The telescopic boom of this crane is a box-shaped structure, consists of five boom sections of a U-shaped profile, is made of low-alloy high-strength sheet steel and is characterized by excellent bending strength, high load-bearing capacity, low weight, high lateral rigidity and low deformation on the boom section heads.

By using built-in sliders and improving the design, the boom's own weight is reduced and the distribution of forces across the boom sections is more uniform, which prevents the boom from deforming due to uneven force distribution. In addition, the gap between adjacent boom sections can be adjusted to avoid bending the boom.

The boom sections are extended and retracted using two telescoping hydraulic cylinders, extension ropes and retraction ropes. The second section of the boom is extended and retracted by the telescoping hydraulic cylinder I. The third, fourth and fifth boom sections are extended and retracted synchronously by the telescoping II hydraulic cylinder using extension and retraction ropes. The boom telescoping mechanism is characterized by its compact design and reliable operation. A balancing valve is installed on each telescoping hydraulic cylinder.

A single boom lifting hydraulic cylinder is used, mounted at the front.Boom angle: -2° to 80°.

A balancing valve is installed on the hydraulic cylinder, which ensures smooth lifting and lowering of the boom.

This crane is equipped with an automatic load moment limiter (OGM). The OGM display and alarm devices are installed in the crane operator's cabin. When the actual load torque reaches 90% of the nominal one, the OGM signals with a light signal and the buzzer sounds. When the actual load torque reaches 100% of the nominal one, the ban signal is automatically issued, the corresponding mechanisms are disabled and all operations that increase the load torque are stopped.

The digital LCD display shows the ratio of the actual load torque to the nominal one, the angle of the boom, the length of the boom, the working reach, the actual load, the rated load, etc..

In addition, to ensure the safety of operation, the following safety devices are installed on this crane, such as:
