The disinfection unit mounted on an automobile chassis is designed for its intended use at temperatures from 0 °C to plus 30 °C, storage and transportation conditions at temperatures from minus 45 ° C to plus 40 °C.
INSTALLATION STRUCTURE
The installation consists of the following main parts:
The tank is 3 mm thick metal, divided into two compartments. The rear compartment contains cans of mother liquor.
The tank is made of metal, with a heater and a heat exchanger. To control the temperature of the working solution, a TKP-100EK-M1-UHL4 pressure gauge thermometer with a temperature sensor is installed.
Flare-type working solution heater 144.8106- 30 powered by the vehicle's on-board power supply. The heating capacity of the heater is 35 kW. The mother liquor heater (carried out through a heating element).
Plastic cans for the mother liquor (12 pieces of 25 liters each), metal cans can be supplied.
Manual pump PK-2.
Vortex pump VK 2/2,6.
The pump is driven by a KOM through a cardan shaft and a V-belt transmission.
Valve box, including pressure receiver, intake manifold and shut-off valves.
The pipeline system of the working solution.
A coil for pressure hoses.
A receiving hose with a length of at least 4.5 m and a nominal passage of 50 mm ± 2 mm designed to draw water from a reservoir.
A manual barrel with replaceable sprayers and a hose with a nominal passage of 15 mm ± 2 mm, a hose length of 15 m, designed to supply the working solution to the disinfection treatment site.
ZIP case with dimensions, mm (LxWxH) 310±WxDxH 10±3x46±3.
Hand-held barrel work:
1. Washing with a directed liquid jet:
- the length of the horizontally directed jet, at least 6 m at a pressure gauge of 0.3 MPa (3 kg/cm2);
- capacity (liquid consumption), 18 l/min;
- the temperature range is up to 50 °C.
2. Wet disinfection with directed aerosols:
- spray angle, 60°;
- capacity (liquid consumption) 12 l/min.
Work performed by stationary devices:
1. Site treatment with liquid jet:
- end devices for liquid supply - two slotted nozzles installed in the front of the carrier vehicle; the nozzles can be rotated and fixed in any position relative to two mutually perpendicular axes. The angle of rotation of the nozzles relative to the 90 ° axis;
- the total capacity (liquid consumption) of the nozzles is 40 l/min;
- the spray angle in the horizontal plane is 90°.
2. Volumetric treatment of rooms with aerosols:
- end devices for liquid supply - two aerosol dispensers installed in the rear of the carrier vehicle; the dispensers can be rotated and fixed in any position relative to two mutually perpendicular axes. The angle of rotation of the nozzles relative to the 90 ° axis;
- the total capacity (liquid consumption) of the sprayers is 20 l/min;
