LIFTING UNIT FOR WELL REPAIR (APRS-18)

The lifting unit for the repair of inclined wells APRS-18 is designed for routine well repairs.
The unit allows performing the following operations during the repair process:
- mobile movement from well to well using a tractor or a car;
- installation and dismantling at the well;
- lifting operations with tubing and deep-pumping rods by two members of the watch;
- mechanized screwing and unscrewing of tubing Ø48...89 and tubing Ø16...25mm using a hydraulic wrench.
The unit is mounted on the chassis of a PS85712 semi-trailer and is operated in a temperate climate.
Climatic version - U, placement category - 1 according to GOST 15150-69 at ambient operating temperature from -45 ° C to + 40 ° C (limit value of ambient temperature from -50 ° C to + 45 ° C.
