Consent to the processing of personal data

1. I, the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as the User), using the Internet portal nashel.ru, express my consent to the Limited Liability Company "DIGITAL CONSTELLATION", OGRN 124770010696, INN 9726067259, registered at: 117525, Moscow, Dnepropetrovskaya St., bldg. 4B (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), in accordance with the licensing agreement, user or other agreement regarding its use, and also using the services of the Operator, in compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", freely, voluntarily and in my own interest, provide the Operator with my specific, subject-specific, informed, unambiguous and conscious consent to process the following personal data:

● last name, first name, patronymic;

● address of residence/stay;

● mobile phone number;

● email address (e-mail);

● INN of an individual;

● place of work;

● position;

● employment history information;

● photo image;

● token; HTTP headers;

● IP address of the User's device; cookie data;

● data collected by counters; data received using web beacons;

● information about the User's browser; technical characteristics of the device and software;

● technical data on the use of the Internet portal, including dates and times of use and access to the Internet portal;

● addresses of requested pages of the Internet portal;

● geolocation data.

2. Within the scope of the granted consent, I grant the Operator the right to perform actions with my personal data, including processing (including automated), namely collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transmission (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of the following personal data.

Processing of the User's personal data is permitted using DPM systems (Data Protection Manager), including those owned by third parties and provided to the Operator on the basis of a corresponding contract or agreement, subject to compliance with confidentiality measures for personal data.

3. Processing of personal data according to this consent may be carried out by the Operator for the following purposes:

● identification of me as a data subject for the purpose of concluding any contracts with the Operator and their subsequent performance;

● conducting promotions, surveys, interviews, tests and research on the Internet portal;

● establishing feedback, including but not limited to: sending newsletters, notifications in the form of SMS, emails (including via Messenger), oral and written requests, processing my requests and applications;

● confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the data subject;

● statistical and other research and/or analytical purposes, provided that my personal data is anonymized.

● determining individual user preferences.

4. I also agree to the processing of my personal data specified in this consent by the following persons acting under the Operator’s instruction:

● Limited Liability Company "YANDEX" (Russia), OGRN 1027700229193, INN 7736207543, address: 119021, Russia, Moscow, Leo Tolstoy St., bldg. 16, for the purpose of carrying out metrics using Yandex.Metrica service, for the purpose of conducting search optimization using Yandex.Webmaster service (Terms of Use Yandex.Metrica, Privacy Policy of LLC "Yandex", "Yandex Zen", Terms of Use Yandex.Webmaster);

● Limited Liability Company "VKontakte" (Russia), OGRN 1079847035179, INN 7842349892, address: 191024, St. Petersburg, Khersonskaya St., bldgs. 12-14, lit. A, room 1-N, for the purpose of carrying out advertising activities (Advertising Services Rules; VKontakte Privacy Policy).

5. This consent is granted by me for the duration of the User Agreement or other agreement regarding the use of the Internet portal, or any other agreement with the Operator.

6. I am informed that the consent to process personal data can be revoked by me by sending a corresponding request to the email address: info@nashel.ru.

7. I am informed that revoking consent to process such personal data may automatically result in the loss of my right to use the Internet portal.

8. I am informed that in the event of my revocation of consent to process personal data, the Operator may continue processing my personal data without my consent if there are grounds established by law.

9. I am informed that in the event of my revocation of consent to process personal data, the Operator will cease their processing or ensure the cessation of such processing (if personal data processing is carried out by another person acting on behalf of the Operator) and, if retention of personal data is no longer required for the purposes of personal data processing, destroy the personal data or ensure their destruction within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the specified revocation.

10. This consent is signed with a simple electronic signature of the User, the application of which is established by the User Agreement or other agreement regarding the use of the Internet portal.
