In addition to the above-mentioned functions, using a roller for mounted harrows, the depth of tillage is set, which varies, as indicated above, from 8 to 15 cm.
The required loosening depth and stable running of the harrow-tractor unit are provided by a turnbuckle (screw mechanism with right and left threads), which adjusts the vertical position of the roller.
The harrow is aggregated with tractors equipped with a hydraulic system with a capacity from 80 HP (for mounted harrow BDF-M-2.2) to 140 HP (for BDF-M-3.0)
Using turnbuckles, the stroke height (processing depth) of a plate roller with a diameter of 360 mm is adjusted.
The roller mounting design allows you to move the roller to the left or right (if necessary).
