TATMASH Standard-300 soil mixing plant

The Standard-300 soil mixing plant (GSU) is designed to produce homogeneous mixtures necessary to stabilize the road foundation. The equipment allows for the production of cement-soil and bitumen-soil mixtures, as well as lean concretes.

The Standard-300 model with a capacity of 300 t/h consists of a power unit, a continuous mixer, a cement supply system, a water supply system, a bitumen emulsion supply system, a ready-mixed hopper, and an operator's cabin.

The power supply unit consists of 2 (3) inert material bins with a volume of 15 m3 each. Each hopper is equipped with an oversized grate and vibrators to prevent material sticking to the walls of the bins. The belts of feeders and conveyors are driven by reliable gear motors. The feeder belts are equipped with corrugations that prevent the material from overflowing.

The components of the mixture are added to the mixer using feed systems, the speed of which is controlled by frequency converters. The cement is fed by an auger from the silo into an intermediate hopper, and from there by an auger dispenser into the mixer. The water is supplied by a pump equipped with a frequency converter. The bitumen emulsion is fed into the mixer by means of a bitumen pump with a flow meter.

The two-shaft mixer installed on the GSU model Standard-300 is a continuous-acting unit. The armor, racks and blades are made of high-strength alloys, which contributes to the durability of the mixer elements and to obtaining a homogeneous mixture composition that meets industry standards.

The finished mixture unit has a volume of 8 m3, is equipped with vibration motors and is mounted at a height that ensures convenient passage of vehicles.

The soil mixing plant is controlled from a comfortable operator's cabin equipped with air conditioning. The cabin contains: a control panel, a computer, a monitor, a printer, and a control cabinet. The software allows the operator to monitor the operation of all components and assemblies of the GSU, quickly set up equipment, save recipes, and create reports on the shipped mixture. Reliable operation of automation is guaranteed by industrial controllers from Siemens (Germany).
