The Standard-600 soil mixing plant is designed for the manufacture of cement-soil, bitumen-soil and cement-crushed stone mixtures to stabilize the base of road clothes. These mixtures are used when making foundations for foundation structures, road and sidewalk surfaces, squares and temporary sites.
The basic equipment of the Standard-600 soil mixing plant from the Tatmash Plant includes:

Due to the modular design of the units of the installation, as well as their implementation in auto size, increased mobility of the GSU is achieved, which makes it possible to dismantle, move to a new site and assemble the installation in a short time. Road slabs or even concrete blocks (FBS) are suitable as a foundation.
The GSU power supply unit includes bins equipped with vibrators to prevent the arching of the material. The feeder belts are equipped with corrugations to prevent material from overflowing.
All conveyors are equipped with scrapers for cleaning the material stuck to the belt.
Cement is supplied by means of screws, through an intermediate hopper. The dosage is implemented by an auger mounted on load cells. The intermediate hopper ensures the constant availability of cement for feeding into the mixer.
The high-performance mixer can produce up to 600 tons of mix per hour. The design of a self-milling two-shaft mixer of continuous type makes it possible to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The mixture obtained at the output of the GSU for stabilizing the base of road clothes is many times superior in its properties to the "black crushed stone" produced at PARA.
