The Standard-800 soil mixing plant (GSU) is designed for mixing soil, and is also designed for the production of light commercial concrete. GSU is used to produce the foundations of the roadway and carry out related work, as well as the implementation of cold recycling technology.

The basic equipment of the Standard-800 soil mixing plant includes: a power unit with an inert materials dosing system, ultra-precise cement dosing, water dosing and bitumen emulsion dosing systems, a continuous mixer, a conveyor system, a ready-mix unit, a pneumatic system, an operator's cabin and a microprocessor control system.

The power supply unit consists of 4 inert material bins with a volume of 16 m3 each as standard. The dosage of inert materials takes place on feeders installed under each hopper. The feeders are equipped with Mettler Toledo strain gauges.

The feeder consists of a feeder belt equipped with limiting sides, a drum motor and a frequency converter, with which the operator controls the dosing from the control cabin.

The drive drum has a rubber lining with a tread, which ensures a stable grip of the conveyor belt. To avoid oversupply of material, the tape is equipped with corrugations.

TATMASH soil mixing plants are equipped with self-reinforcing continuous type mixers. The mixing unit is equipped with two gear motors. The mixer blades and racks are collapsible, which makes it easy to carry out maintenance work. The unit is equipped with two technical hatches for carrying out maintenance, and is also equipped with an emergency switch to ensure the safety of specialists working on the equipment.

The finished mixture is delivered via an inclined conveyor to a hopper of the finished mixture with a volume of 8 m3 for short-term storage and further unloading into vehicles.

The operator's cabin and the electrical equipment room are made in a single module. The cabin is equipped with panoramic windows to control the process of releasing the mixture and is equipped with heat and sound insulation. To create comfortable climatic conditions (cooling, heating and ventilation of the air), the control room is equipped with an air conditioning system.

The control system includes an Advantech multifunctional industrial computer with increased reliability, a printer and an uninterruptible power supply. A control cabinet is located in the operator's cabin for manual operation.
