The ZTC800V car crane is a new generation crane with high performance, which ZOOMLION has independently developed based on many years of experience and advanced technologies in order to meet the needs of the market.

The lifting height, boom length, working speed, lifting capacity and other technical parameters of this crane reach the international leading level. This crane has the function of rotating the platform 360 degrees and is equipped with proportional hydraulic control.

The crane installation is mounted on a general-purpose vehicle chassis with four axles with an 8x4 wheel formula, which is manufactured by ZOOMLION.

Power steering. This crane uses: an advanced directional hydraulic distributor, a variable capacity pump and a gear pump, which ensures more efficient operation of the crane's actuators. Servo-operated hydraulic control handles are used, which combine the movements of the main lifting mechanism, the auxiliary lifting mechanism, the turning mechanism, the boom lifting mechanism or the boom telescoping mechanism, significantly increasing the efficiency of the crane.

It provides easy operation, smooth and reliable operation, stepless speed control, etc. Overflow valves, balancing valves, hydraulic locks, brake valves and other safety devices are installed in the hydraulic system to prevent overloading of the oil line and the occurrence of accidental accidents due to oil pipeline breakage.
