The ZTC1000V jib crane on an automobile–type chassis is a new generation crane with high performance. This crane is a high-tech product that combines mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. It is characterized by excellent handling, smooth movement, high load capacity and increased lifting height. It is widely used in various industries: construction, installation and loading and unloading operations at chemical industry sites, mines, oil fields, ports and construction sites.

This crane is not suitable for use in areas with high electromagnetic radiation. The crane has the ability to rotate the platform 360 degrees and is equipped with proportional electrohydraulic control.

A special automobile-type chassis with four axles with an 8x4 wheel formula is used, which is manufactured by ZOOMLION.

The steering is powered by power steering, which makes it easy to operate. This model uses: an advanced electrohydraulic directional distributor with load feedback; a multi-section piston pump with variable capacity and a combination of an open-type hydraulic system with a closed-type system - this ensures more efficient operation of the crane's actuators.

There is no turning mechanism, boom lifting mechanism, or boom telescoping mechanism, which greatly improves the efficiency of the crane. It provides easy operation, smooth and reliable operation, stepless speed control.

Overflow valves, balancing valves, hydraulic locks, brake valves and other safety devices are installed in the hydraulic system of the machine to prevent overloading of the oil line and the occurrence of accidental accidents due to oil pipeline breakage.

The ZTC1000V is equipped with complete lighting devices, a load moment limiter and other safety devices, which ensures safe and reliable operation of the crane, as well as the ability to operate at night.
