A new model in a number of ZT installations of the Maxi class. It is equipped with a 194KW Cummins engine. This power unit is sufficient to operate two Poclain motors for rotation, which develop a drive shaft speed of up to 160 rpm. At the same time, the maximum torque is 28,000 nm. All this is possible thanks to Sauer-Danfoss pumps for rotation, feed and reverse thrust.
The dimensions of the installation are 8800x2280x2500mm and the weight of 16 tons will allow the installation to be delivered on a conventional trawl and used even in urban conditions.

Installation housing
The case is designed in the new modern style of the ZT series. The small dimensions allow the installation to be used in urban environments. The noise insulation inside the case also contributes to this.

Drilling carriage
The carriage, designed for drilling angles of 8-20 degrees, is mounted on a frame with metal tracks. The tracks themselves have rubber spacers, which allows the installation to be used in conditions with almost any coating, without the risk of damage.

Feeding of drilling rods
Optionally, the installation can be equipped with automatic carousel and cassette feeding rods. Semi-automatic feeding can also be installed.

Rear stabilizers
Two position stabilizers located in the rear part fix the drilling complex not only during drilling, but also during the transportation of the installation on a trawl. The stabilizers are controlled using an operator's remote control.

Operator's cabin
A modern operator's cabin with panoramic glass, protection and the ability to rotate 90 degrees gives a complete view of the entire drilling rig from the carriage to the vise. This allows you to control the operation of all systems of the complex without getting up from a comfortable operator's chair with many adjustments and comfortable armrests. The cabin has air conditioning and a heater for comfortable operation at any time of the year.

The Control panel
An LCD monitor is located opposite the operator's chair to display all the parameters of the drilling complex. The location of the monitor does not block the view of the installation sites, at the same time it is always in front of the operator's eyes. Additionally, a panel with control keys and additional backup pressure gauges is located to the left of the chair.

Anchor plate
A plate for drilling anchors is located in the front of the installation. This allows the drilling rig to be securely fixed at the drilling site.

The rod rotation reducer
and rack-and-pinion drive system used in the installation allows you to increase the strength and smoothness of the carriage. The carriage itself is equipped with a mechanism for increasing the pulling force to 110 tons, which makes it possible to easily move the column of drilling rods and finish drilling in difficult situations. Two Poclain motors for rotation - allow you to develop a torque of up to 28000Nm, with a rotation speed of up to 160 rpm

Barbell Unwinding vise
When using a vise, minimal wear of the drilling rod threads is achieved. The vise is equipped with an automatic lubrication system for drilling rod threads.

Bentonite pump
A drilling pump with ceramic cylinders is located at the rear of the drilling complex.
The pump capacity is 650l/min and the pressure is 10MPa.

Engine
The ZT 55/110CDF is equipped with a 194KW CUMMINS engine. This power unit is sufficient for the operation of all components of the drilling complex.

Hydraulics
Sauer-Danfoss oil pumps for rotation, feed and reverse thrust ensure reliability, stability and guaranteed operation of the hydraulic system of the HDD installation.

Crane manipulator
A manipulator crane with a lifting capacity of 2 tons is installed on the machine. It is possible to install a crane up to 3.2 tons.

Washing gun
