Installing the Drillto ZT-45/90CDF HDD

One of the flagships of the line is the installation of a ZT-45/90CDF HDD with a traction force of up to 90 tons. The main pumps of Danfoss. It is capable of performing HDD objects of almost any complexity, both in the field and in urban conditions. The dimensions of 8930x2250x2520mm and a weight of no more than 17,000 tons make it easy to deliver the installation to sites with dense buildings. Metal tracks with rubber spacers will not damage the canvas when loading and unloading the machine. High power values, namely a torque of up to 22,000 Nm, a rotation speed of up to 160 rpm, allow the use of an 89x4570mm rod with FS1 #1000 thread to perform even complex transitions.

Drilling carriage
The two-point suspension system allows the machine to be mounted at a drilling angle from 12 to 20 degrees, while the tracks remain on the ground, which provides additional stability when drilling. Metal tracks with rubber spacers make it possible to use the installation in the city, as well as at facilities where there is a risk of damage to the road and other roadways by metal tracks.

Operator's cabin
The cabin is rotatable, the angle of rotation is up to 90 degrees. The glass of the cabin is equipped with a wiper, as well as a grille, to protect against mechanical damage during operation. Inside the cabin there is an air conditioner for summer operation and a heater for winter operation.

Control Panel
A very comfortable operator's chair with adjustments and armrests is installed inside the cabin. On the right side there is an instrument panel with duplicate sensors (pressure gauges). A monitor is located opposite the chair to display all the main parameters. It does not block the view of the entire length of the drilling rig, but the operator always sees all the necessary sensors and readings in front of his eyes due to its convenient location.

Rod rotation reducer
The machine uses a rack-and-pinion drive system for rotating and pulling rods, which improves smoothness and increases safety margin. The carriage is equipped with a mechanism for increasing the traction force of 45 tons. This allows you to move the column of rods with the drilling tool in difficult situations and finish drilling operations in emergency conditions. The maximum spindle torque is 22,000 nm. Rotary motor - POCLAIN with two speeds and spindle speed up to 160 rpm.

Barbell unwinding vise
Due to which minimal wear of the thread on the drill lock of the rod is achieved during drilling operations. The vise is equipped with an automatic lubrication system for drilling rods and a rod cleaner. The enlarged 111mm locking part allows you to work with the 89mm FS1 #1000 thread rod.

Drilling pump
Bentonite pump with a capacity of 650 l/min. With ceramic cylinders. There is a tank for non-freezing liquid. A valve operating from the installation's vise is installed. The main feature is the ability to control the supply of bentonite directly from the operator's cabin, which is very convenient. The feed control is located directly on the display in front of the operator.
