With a high torque of 18,500 nm, a sufficient thrust force of 42 tons, as well as a high-performance bentonite pump of 650 l/min,
with proportional control directly from the operator's cabin. For drilling, the HDD installation uses a rod - 3m long, 83mm in diameter. Drilling carriage
The new hood design gives a modern look to the drilling machine. Metal tracks with rubber spacers - allow you to use the HDD installation in urban conditions, not without damaging the road and other roadways. The housing itself is additionally glued with a noise-insulating material, which reduces the volume (noise) of the drilling complex. This is especially important for working in cities and facilities with noise restrictions.
The drilling carriage can change the angle of entry of the rod from 12° to 20°. It is also possible to install a two-point suspension at the request of the customer.

Rod feeding system (Cassette)
On this model of the HDD installation there is a cassette with automatic feeding of the drilling rod.
The cassette holds 9+12=21 rods.

Hind legs
The stable position of the drilling complex during the drilling process is provided by the rear stabilizers. In addition, they can be used for additional fixation of the installation during transportation.

Drilling rig operator's cabin
The 90-degree rotation angle and the large panoramic glass (with grate and cleaner) give the operator an excellent view along the entire length of the drilling rig.
A comfortable armchair with adjustments and armrests will allow the operator to feel comfortable even during long-term work at the drilling complex.
The cabin is equipped with a heater for winter operation, and an air conditioner for summer operation.

Control panel and display
In front of the operator's chair there is a display that displays all the necessary parameters of the drilling rig.
To the left of the operator there is a control panel with light and sound indication control keys, engine speed control and backup pressure gauges. There are two very comfortable joysticks opposite the armrests.

Anchor plate
Reliable anchoring during the drilling process is carried out by an automatic anchoring device located on the anchor plate in the front of the drilling rig. In total, up to 5 anchors can be drilled into the anchor plate.
