Installation of HDD ZT-35/55CDF

The Drillto ZT-35/55CDF transition model. A new model of the series with a feed force of 35 tons. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a patented cylinder tightening system up to 55 tons, which makes it possible to move the boom column in a difficult (emergency) situation and continue drilling normally. The installation is equipped with a powerful 160kW power unit. The hydraulics of the installation consists of hydraulic motors and hydraulic pumps from manufacturers such as Danfoss and Poclain, which ensures not only reliability and durability of the hydraulic system, but also high performance. The model is transitional, because it has the ability to work with drilling rods 73.76.83, 89mm, depending on the configuration of the installation. The closest analogues of the installation by class are: Vermeer D60x90, D60x90 S3, D80x100 S2, V400H, Ditch Witch JT100M1, JT60, JT7020 M1, JT8020 M1, DDW 28/09, DDW 36/13, DDW 38/14, XCMG XZ 360E.
HDD installation case
The small size of the complex - 7500x2300x2530mm and weight - 11000kg make it possible to effortlessly use this model in urban environments. The presence of rubber spacers on metal tracks also contributes to this.
