Installing the HDD DRILL TO ZT-110/135

A model in a number of ZT installations of the Maxi class. It is equipped with a Cummins engine with a capacity of 373 kW. This power unit is sufficient to develop a torque of 55,000 Nm, and the speed of rotation of the drive shaft can reach up to 110 rpm. All this is possible thanks to the Sauer-Danfoss pumps installed on the machine.
The installation dimensions are 12000x2500x2950mm and the weight is 28 tons.

The installation body
The case design is designed for maximum ease of installation maintenance. The small dimensions allow the installation to be used in urban environments. The noise insulation inside the case also contributes to this.

Drilling carriage
The carriage, designed for drilling angles of 10-18 degrees, is mounted on a frame with metal tracks. The tracks themselves have rubber spacers, which allows the installation to be used in conditions with almost any coating, without the risk of damage.

Feeding of drilling rods
Optionally, the installation can be equipped with an automatic carousel rod feed. Semi-automatic feeding can also be installed.

Rear stabilizers
Two position stabilizers located in the rear part fix the drilling complex not only during drilling, but also during the transportation of the installation on a trawl. The stabilizers are controlled using an operator's remote control.

Operator's cabin
The modern operator's cabin with panoramic glass, protection and the possibility of rotation - gives a full view of the entire drilling rig from the carriage to the vise. This allows you to control the operation of all systems of the complex without getting up from the comfortable operator's chair with many adjustments and comfortable armrests. The cabin has air conditioning and a heater for comfortable operation at any time of the year.
An LCD monitor is located opposite the operator's chair to display all the parameters of the drilling complex operation. The location of the monitor does not block the view of the installation sites, at the same time it is always in front of the operator's eyes.

A plate for drilling anchors is located in the front of the installation. This allows the drilling rig to be securely fixed at the drilling site.

rod rotation reducer
and rack-and-pinion drive system used in the installation allows to increase the strength and smoothness of the carriage. The carriage itself is equipped with a mechanism for increasing the pulling force to 135 tons, which makes it possible to easily move the column of drilling rods and finish drilling in difficult situations. Rotation motors - allow you to develop a torque of up to 50000Nm, and the rotation speed can reach up to 110 rpm.

Movable vise for drilling rods
This HDD installation uses a movable vise for drilling rods, which allows:
- When the drill rod is tightly clamped, unscrew it by adjusting the vise to the carriage.
- During pilot drilling, place the vise on the center of the rail to avoid bending the rod on the carriage.
- If it is necessary to move the installation by removing the vise, this can be done even with a rod sticking out of the ground.
- During rock drilling, the ball can be rotated by the drive shaft, pushing the column with a vice.
- When using a vise, minimal wear of the drilling rod threads is achieved. The vise is equipped with an automatic lubrication system for drilling rod threads.

Bentonite pump
A drilling pump with ceramic cylinders is located at the rear of the drilling complex.
The pump capacity is 1000L/min and the pressure is 10MPa. Proportional control from the operator's cabin.
