Description of the factory.
EUROMIX 20/500.2.5 The COMPACT 2 is designed to meet modern requirements for mobile concrete plants. It allows you to quickly deploy production on any construction site, while ensuring the high quality of the concrete mix produced. The plant includes automated dosing and mixing systems that operate in full compliance with specified formulations. Due to its compact size and the possibility of transportation in one eurofour, this concrete batching plant is ideal for use in confined spaces.
The plant does not require foundation installation, which greatly simplifies its installation and operation. The assembly time of the plant is only up to 6 hours, which allows you to quickly start concrete production.
The main components of the plant:
- Inert materials bunkers: The system consists of two sectional bunkers of 5 m3 each, designed for rapid storage and dosing of inert materials (sand and crushed stone). Loading is carried out using a front loader, which ensures an even distribution of materials.
- Conveyor belt dispenser: This element is equipped with a 500 mm wide chevron belt and is designed for precise weighing and feeding of materials. A system of strain gauges is used in the dosing process, which guarantees high dosing accuracy.
- Skip lift: This 0.5 m3 mechanism provides lifting and feeding of inert materials into the mixer. It is equipped with sensors for the lower and upper positions, as well as an emergency sensor for the upper position to prevent unforeseen situations.
- DMTS 200T cement dispenser hopper: A special hopper for continuous weighing and feeding cement into the mixer through a pneumatically controlled discharge gate. Cement is loaded using a screw conveyor (auger), which ensures uniform and accurate dosing.
- Intermediate tank: It is used to accumulate metered liquid components such as water and chemical additives. Unloading takes place by gravity into the mixer through a pneumatically controlled discharge gate.
- Mixing unit: Equipped with a EUROMIX 600.500 forced concrete mixer with HARDOX armor, this unit ensures efficient mixing of components with a filler size of up to 40 mm. The mixer is capable of producing up to 20 m3 of concrete per hour, making it ideal for large construction projects.
- Control system: The plant is equipped with the EUROMIX LOGIC PRO automated control system, which provides full automation of the concrete preparation process. The work is carried out according to the "ONE BUTTON" principle, which greatly simplifies the management of the plant. The system allows you to save and use various recipes, as well as maintain an archive of data.
