BR20A metal hydraulic grinders are installed on excavators weighing from 20 to 25 tons and are designed for dismantling metal and reinforced concrete structures.
This model of hydraulic scissors is suitable for a wide range of jobs, including scrap metal recycling, cutting steel reinforcement, cables and sheets.
The equipment is equipped with a Danfoss rotator and motor. A fast opening and closing cycle is provided by an acceleration valve built into the housing. The hydraulic grinders are equipped with interchangeable blades – cutting and piercing, which must be replaced as they wear out. The knives are made of wear-resistant and impact-resistant Hardox steel.
The equipment is mounted on the handle (3rd element).
The unique jaw design of the hydraulic scissors allows the material to be cut to be shifted in the direction of the greatest cutting force.
