LiuGong 4230D is a new D–series motor grader used in the construction and maintenance of roads, airfields, and agriculture.

The grader is equipped with a Cummins QSL9.3 engine with a turbocharger and
an air-to-air intercooler. The basic configuration of the LiuGong 4230D includes hydrostatic front-wheel drive, a reinforced tandem axle and a rear counterweight to increase the coefficient of adhesion.

The grader operator is provided with a 324-degree panoramic view. The machine is equipped with a long, medium blade of 3960 mm as standard. Additionally, 4 more types of blade with shock protection function are available. The mechanical locking mechanism allows the operator to quickly and easily fix the desired position of the working body from the cabin. In addition, a bulldozer or snow dump can be installed as an option. A new development of the manufacturer is a side grader blade, which allows you to work behind a fence installed along the roadway. As an option for LiuGong motor graders, a leveling system is offered that operates using ultrasonic sensors.
