Introducing the heaviest LD60D bulldozer in the LiuGong line. The operating weight is 70.8 tons. The bulldozer is supplied from the factory with hemispherical or spherical dumps. It is equipped with a powerful engine, a hydromechanical gearbox, which provide high traction and productivity when pushing and loosening material in mining enterprises.

The LiuGong LD60D bulldozer is powered by a powerful Cummins QSK19 diesel engine with a capacity of 455 kW, which develops a torque of 2696 Nm at 2000 rpm. The hydraulically driven cooling system fan has a reverse function, which makes it easy to purge radiators from dust and dirt during maintenance. Thanks to the hydraulic fan drive, noise levels are reduced and fuel efficiency is improved.

The bulldozer is equipped with an electronically controlled modular powertrain, which makes it easy to replace all units.
The bulldozer is controlled not by levers, but by convenient joysticks, which provide excellent response during operation and comfort to the operator. The left joystick is responsible for controlling the movement of the bulldozer, and the right joystick is responsible for controlling the blade.
A load-shifting gearbox with a torque converter allows you to operate in two modes, both automatic and manual. In automatic mode, the gearbox itself lowers and raises the gear depending on the load on the blade, ensuring smooth running and high productivity.
As standard, the bulldozer is equipped with a hemispherical blade of 18.6 m3 with a width of 4810 mm and a single-column ripper with a loosening depth of 1290 mm.
The undercarriage with 610 mm tracked boots provides good grip on rocky ground.
The two-speed steering system improves the maneuverability of the bulldozer, while multi-disc brakes ensure reliability and safety.
The spacious ROPS/FOPS protected cabin has excellent visibility. The noise level in the cabin has been reduced to 80dB.
Climate control, a liquid crystal color monitor with the ability to control all the main parameters of the bulldozer, an extended menu, a self-diagnosis function, an optional rear-view camera, additional door wipers, an operator's seat with air suspension and heating make the operator's work much easier and more comfortable.
An Arctic package from the factory will be developed to work in the cold conditions of the north.
The machine is equipped with a standard T-Box remote monitoring system, which allows you to control the machine's operating parameters: the location of the bulldozer, the engine is on or off, maintenance intervals, information on errors and malfunctions, fuel consumption. This information can be accessed by both the owner of the bulldozer and the dealer's service department for a prompt response.
This bulldozer can be used where it is required to move large volumes of material, for example, in mining dumps and for loosening hard rocks and not only.
