Mobile concrete mixing plant with a capacity of 30 m3/h, in container design, is convenient for transportation.

Designed specifically for use in Siberia, the Far North and the Far East, it is used by divisions of oil and gas companies responsible for construction in these regions.

It is supplied complete with a heating system, which allows it to be operated all year round in harsh climatic conditions.

The design of the BSU provides for the production of a concrete mixture at ambient temperatures up to -36 ° C using a steam generator and low-temperature oils and lubricants. It is completely autonomous — in the absence of electricity supply, it can work with a diesel generator.

The main equipment includes the following equipment:

- 1800/1200 L mixer;
- water tank (1500 l) with heating function and dosing system;
- filler bins are equipped with steam registers for heating (1- or 2-section);
- belt conveyors for aggregates (2-4 pcs.);
— pump for supplying chemical additives with volumetric dosing (2 pcs
.); - water pump (coarse and precise dosing) (2 pcs.);
- high-pressure cleaner (160 Bar);
- fully automatic control of PLC Siemens for 25 formulations with automatic calculation of loads, control of dosing, tolerances and time, manual adjustment of sand moisture, "production diary" — loading protocol, printing of invoices/protocols;
- air compressor (2.2 kW);
- heating system for heating fillers with hot steam.

The HARDOX 400 mixer armor. Insulation of the concrete plant and conveyor made of sandwich panels.

Options:

- additional pumps for chemical additives (up to 4 pieces);
- compressor unit with maintenance unit;
- cement silo of 30-100 tons;
- compact cement silo for Bigbag 1 m3, 2-3 m3;
- conveyors for unloading concrete mix: in concrete mixers, concrete pumps.
