Mobile concrete mixing plant with a capacity of 30 m3/h, mounted on a tandem trailer with a two-section hopper for aggregates (sand, crushed stone).

The main equipment includes the following equipment:

- 1800/1200 L mixer;
- water tank (400 l) with heating function (optional) and dosing system;
- 2 belt conveyors for aggregates (optional);
- fully automatic Icon 9000E control for 25 formulations with the ability to print out the mixing protocol.

The HARDOX 400 mixer armor. The unloading height is 1120 mm.

Options:

- cement pre-dosing hopper (1-2 m3);
- additional pumps for chemical additives (up to 2 pieces);
- compressor unit with maintenance unit;
- cement silo of 30-100 tons;
- compact cement silo for Bigbag 1, 2, 3 m3;
- conveyors for unloading concrete mix: in concrete mixers, dump trucks, concrete pumps.

It is possible to supply the installation in insulated container design — model F1800.
