The sliding floor consists of a series of longitudinal aluminum beams that are hydraulically driven. The drive is three-section. Each section of the beams is powered by its own hydraulic cylinder. The beams perform reciprocating movements in the longitudinal direction. During unloading and loading, all sections of the beams move simultaneously (the beam stroke is 200 mm.). When the beams are reversed, the sections move alternately. Then the cycles repeat and the load moves. The time of full unloading is 15 minutes.
There is no risk of the semi-trailer tipping over during unloading, in comparison with semi-trailers with dump truck lifting. Loading and unloading takes place horizontally, relative irregularities are not dangerous, as well as unstable soils of unloading sites. Unloading can be carried out in rooms with a ceiling height not much higher than the actual semi-trailer (low warehouses, factory workshops, docks). Full control of the hydraulic structure from a manual remote control. The design of the sliding floor does not require any routine technical support during operation. The ability to load and unload without using a loader inside the body.
