equipment:
Self-propelled tracked chassis:
The chassis consists of a self-propelled tracked trolley with a YANMAR diesel engine mounted in the front and a hydraulic pump that ensures the operation of all hydraulic components of the machine.
The engine is closed by a metal hood.
Metal tanks for diesel fuel and hydraulic oil are located on the left side of the chassis.
On the back side there is an oil cooler, a ZIPBOX and a tow bar.
The right side is the working area, and the operator is located on this side of the chassis during operation and controls the machine.
There is a compartment for auxiliary tools, adjustable LED headlights and an engine control panel with control devices and switches.
Hydraulic system:
The hydraulic hoses and cylinders are located in a safe area for the operator, located in the middle of the machine and on the reverse side of the hammer mast.
The mast and the hammer:
The mast is moved from the transport position to the vertical working position and consists of a telescopic structure consisting of two parts that move into each other by means of a hydraulic drive. This solution allows for compactness and the required working range of the hammer stroke.
With the help of a group of hydraulic cylinders, the mast can deviate from the vertical both in the transverse and longitudinal planes of the machine within wide enough limits to compensate for surface slopes.
It is also possible to adjust the mast longitudinally and laterally relative to the chassis without changing its angle of inclination. This allows for more precise positioning of the hammer and rack without having to move the entire machine.
A rack lock is attached to the bottom of the mast, which prevents it from being pulled aside and allows it to be precisely positioned at the place of clogging.
In the upper part, the mast is equipped with hinges for the possibility of extending it in the case of work with some options, as well as in the case of work with racks longer than 2.7 meters.
The impact hammer is located inside a special carriage that moves in the guides of the mast and allows you to change the height of the hammer depending on the racks used.
The lower part of the carriage has a closed structure and protects the operator from metal fragments that can break off from the clogged rack.
Machine and hammer control:
The instrument panel of the machine includes:
the hour counter; arrow tachometer; fuel level indicator; coolant temperature indicator; toggle switch for chassis speed; ignition lock; USB socket; a set of control lamps; fuse box; LED headlight toggle switch; the engine speed control lever.
Control of mast movement and operation
mast movement up/down; tilt of the mast transversely to the chassis; tilt of the mast longitudinally under the chassis; movement of the mast longitudinally under the chassis; movement of the mast transversely to the chassis; hammer movement up/down; the work of the hammer.
The movement of the chassis is controlled by 2 levers, each of which is responsible for one track. With their help, the car can smoothly move forward and backward at the same speed, as well as make turns on the spot.
An emergency engine lock button is provided for emergency situations. The main pressure gauge and the spherical level sensor are always in the operator's field of view, ensuring constant monitoring of the machine.
Options for the piling machine "MAZAKA MW1000"
Optional equipment expands the scope of application of piling machines and helps to perform various drilling operations at the sites.
