The RP600 asphalt paver with a synchronous bitumen emulsion spraying system (hereinafter referred to as the paver) is designed to solve technical problems of laying an ultra-thin layer of wear. It is an integrated construction equipment that can simultaneously carry out the work of applying a highly viscous bitumen emulsion to the surface and laying an asphalt mixture.

The BP600 paver has a symmetrical design and an elongated base of a tracked trolley, which increases traction characteristics and improves self-leveling, which is especially important when operating on a light-bearing or uneven base. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic telescopic smoothing plate equipped with electrohydraulic profile adjustment, as well as an electric heating system, which increases convenience and flexibility in use.;

The paver has a high level of automation and is equipped with a centralized control system, touch control technology for spraying the binder, as well as automatic adjustment of the spray volume depending on the width and speed of laying. In addition, there is a seam spraying function, which is implemented by applying only one command; the feeding, distribution and leveling systems are equipped with high-quality sensors from the world's leading manufacturers, characterized by reliability and durability. According to the results of practical tests, the machine showed excellent quality of the result and is perfectly suitable for the installation and repair of high-quality asphalt pavement.

Description

It is equipped with a powerful water-cooled and turbocharged diesel engine that meets national emission standards III. The engine is built using proven and reliable technology, and also has sufficient power reserve.
The crawler has a large contact area with the surface, an independent drive of both tracks and an automatic constant speed control system, which ensures the stability of the machine movement.
Four independent circuits of the fully hydraulic drive are used for feeding and distributing the material. The volume of the supplied material is controlled by contact sensors, and the volume of the material distributed along the smoothing plate is controlled by non-contact ultrasonic sensors. The sensors provide proportional stepless adjustment of the feed rate, which increases the uniformity of the material and reduces the risk of segregation.
The paver is equipped with a four-in-one composite cooling radiator and a powerful large-diameter fan driven through a viscous coupling that automatically adjusts the rotation speed depending on the amount of heat removed. Thanks to centralized cooling and flow distribution technology, the cooling system ensures long-term continuous operation at ambient temperatures up to 45 C.
Integrated operator console, centralized control of the emulsion distribution and stacking functions, a two-screen display that clearly displays the condition of the working organs, intuitive and simple control of binder spraying using a touch screen.
A centralized lubrication system is included as standard, which automatically and evenly supplies lubricant to units operating at elevated temperatures.
