Description

The independent motion system is electronically controlled, and an automatic speed control function is available.
Four independent fully hydraulic drives are used to feed and distribute the material, and the amount of material is controlled automatically. The material distribution system in front of the smoothing plate is controlled by ultrasonic sensors to ensure a stable material level in the screw chamber.
The material distribution system has height adjustment of the augers for laying layers of various thicknesses, and also helps to reduce material segregation.
The auger lobes are made of wear-resistant alloy materials, and the soles of the conveyors and the smoothing plate are made of wear-resistant steel plates, which effectively extends the service life of the machine.
A powerful three—in-one composite radiator ensures continuous operation for a long time at high ambient temperatures up to 50 °C due to forced centralized heat dissipation.
The automatic leveling system guarantees high surface quality.
The standard equipment of the machine includes a centralized lubrication system that automatically and evenly supplies oil to the bearings of units operating at elevated temperatures.
The control console, equipped with an LCD display, displays various operating parameters on an intuitive level, and can be moved left and right, ensuring comfortable operator placement.
