EUROSILO collapsible cement silos are designed for receiving cement from a cement truck, storing and delivering it via a screw conveyor to a concrete mix preparation site. Cement is loaded into the silo via a pneumatic cement pipeline, and an aeration system is installed in the lower (conical) part of the silo to ensure non-stop material supply.
To monitor the cement level in silos, lower and upper level sensors are installed, and silos are equipped with SILOTOP air filters with a pulse purge system for filter elements, which has both remote and local control. The air filter is installed on the upper platform of the silo and is used to clean the dusty air coming out of the silo when loading cement.
Cement is loaded into the silo via a pneumatic cement pipeline, and an aeration system is installed in the lower (conical) part of the silo to ensure non-stop material supply.
Cement is unloaded from the silo using a screw conveyor.
The support frame, tank and other parts of the silos are made of high-quality steel and coated with a protective coating against corrosion. This allows you to work in any climatic conditions and guarantees their durability. The cement silo capacity is made of 4-5 mm thick steel.
