SKYER SKR6 Construction cradles

SKR 6 is a construction cradle of the SKYER brand with a lifting capacity of 630 kg. The improved three-section design of the facade platform with innovative control unit elements is designed for a long service life. The SKR 6 is designed to accommodate three people with the necessary tools and materials at the same time. It is used for facade and restoration work; for the repair of high-rise buildings, installation and maintenance of attachments.

Design and configuration features:

Stable, durable construction

- Increased thickness of the steel profile of the balustrades — front and rear 1.5 mm; end 2 mm.
- Additional stiffeners on the side rails.
- Fence weaving pattern — "herringbone".

Modularity

The three-section structure (1, 2 and 3 m) allows you to mount a platform of different lengths in accordance with the configuration of the building and the type of work performed at height.

- Withstands high intensity of operation, while maintaining the appearance and integrity of the structure.
- Increased thickness of the rubber braid and cross-sections of copper wires (3x2.5 mm and 2x1.5 mm) of the electric cable, additional central core to prevent stretching and tearing.
- Console safety unit for more secure attachment of the cable to the console.
- Water plugs on the end balustrades.
- Steel roller for cable removal.
- Solid welded seam around the perimeter of the corrugated flooring.
- Powder-polymer coating with anti-corrosion and anti-vandal properties.

Safety

- Reliable catcher system, high-strength steel cables protect workers from breakages and emergency situations.
- Shock-resistant, moisture-proof, frost-resistant connectors on the control panel.
- Anti-slip grooved floor of concave shape. The floor thickness is 1.5 mm.
- The floor edge (15 cm) and the absence of gaps around the perimeter prevent tools from falling out.
- The height of the balustrades corresponds to GOST 27372.
