XCMG XR400E Drilling Rigs

XCMG XR series rotary drilling rigs with a Kelly rod are versatile drilling rigs capable of working with soils of various densities, while capable of operating at a wide range of depths and with various drilling tools of different diameters.

XCMG drilling rigs are equipped with automatic positioning at large angles of inclination of the mast along the X and Y axes. XCMG drilling rigs are equipped with a dreiteller and a casing table if necessary to work with casing pipes.

A kelly rod is a telescopic mechanism that allows you to transfer torque from a rotary drilling rig to a drilling tool.

Kelly rods use two variants:

friction type – 4-5 links, working on the principle of friction, for work with soils of medium and soft density, allowing to work at maximum depths and not requiring high qualification of the machinist;
with a mechanical lock – 2-4 links, with locks on rods, universal as they are suitable for work with any soil, designed to work at lower depths and requiring more highly qualified personnel.
XCMG drilling rig models use components manufactured by world leaders (*****, REXROTH, ARGO, HUAWEI, FAG, FREUDENBERG).

XCMG rotary drilling rigs are actively used on the territory of the Russian Federation, in various climatic conditions, including in the north, in Norilsk.
