EUROMIX 30/800 compact concrete batching plant.4.5 PA COMPACT 1 produced by the EUROMIX plant is designed for the preparation of concretes of various grades, according to a given mixture formulation, based on cement, inert aggregates, water and liquid additives.
EUROMIX 30/800 compact concrete batching plant.4.5 PA COMPACT 1 consists of the following main components:
· the unit of operational storage and dosing of inert fillers;
· mixing unit based on the EUROMIX 600.800.2 double-shaft concrete mixer;
· assembly of weighing dispensers (dispensers of cement, water and additives).
The above components are manufactured and mounted on a single frame metal structure in the dimensions of a standard 40-foot sea container in order to transport the product along public roads on the platform of a container ship. This module must be installed on an overpass, under which an automixer can enter for direct reception of concrete from a two-shaft EUROMIX 600.800.2 concrete mixer.
The unit for the operational storage and dosing of inert aggregates consists of sand and gravel bunkers, under which a weighing belt conveyor LC is installed. Sand and gravel are loaded into the appropriate bins by a front loader. The unloading of material from the bins during the dosing process is controlled by pneumatically controlled jaw valves. Weighing of the components during the dosing process is carried out alternately using strain gauge weight sensors on which a conveyor belt is suspended.
A mixing unit based on a two-shaft EUROMIX 600.800.2 concrete mixer designed for mixing components and unloading the finished mixture into an auto mixer.
The weighing dispenser assembly is a single frame on which three weighing dispensers are suspended on strain gauges, directly above the EUROMIX 600.800.2 double-shaft concrete mixer.
The DMTS 300T cement weighing dispenser is designed for continuous weighing of the material during loading, and further unloading of the cement dose through a pneumatically controlled gravity discharge gate into a two-shaft EUROMIX 600.800.2 concrete mixer. The material is loaded into the hopper using a screw conveyor (auger).
The DMV 200T water weighing dispenser is designed for continuous weighing of water during loading, and further unloading of the dose through a pneumatically controlled gravity discharge gate into a two-shaft EUROMIX 600.800.2 concrete mixer. Water is loaded into the hopper using a vortex pump.
The DMD 30T weighing dispenser for chemical additives is designed for continuous weighing of additives during loading, and further unloading of the dose through a pneumatically controlled gravity discharge gate into a two-shaft EUROMIX 600.800.2 concrete mixer. The additive is loaded into the hopper using a vortex pump.
The functioning of all mechanisms and systems, as well as the operation of the EUROMIX 30/800 concrete plant.4.5 PA COMPACT 1 is generally carried out in automatic mode, according to the algorithm described below and the formulation of the mixture specified in the controller of the automated control system included in the delivery package of the EUROMIX 30/800 concrete plant.4.5 PA COMPACT 1. During operation, the operational storage bins of inert materials, as well as containers with cement and liquid components, must be filled.
