The plant consists of the following main modules:

- module for operational storage and dosing of inert aggregates;
- inert filler feed module;
- mixing unit based on a two-shaft concrete mixer EUROMIX 620.1500;
- the module of weighing dispensers (weighing dispensers of cement, water and additives).

The module for the operational storage and dosing of inert aggregates consists of sand and gravel bunkers, under which a weighing belt conveyor LC is installed. The hoppers and conveyor are fixed on a single frame metal structure. Sand and gravel are loaded into the appropriate bins by a front loader. The unloading of material from the bins during the dosing process is controlled by pneumatically controlled jaw valves. The weighing of the components during the dosing process is carried out alternately using strain gauge weight sensors on which the LC conveyor is suspended.

The inert aggregate feed module, which uses the LC conveyor belt, is designed for continuous transportation of a dose of inert aggregates from a weighing conveyor to a two-shaft EUROMIX 620.1500 concrete mixer.

The mixing unit is a frame metal structure on which a two-shaft EUROMIX 620.1500 concrete mixer is installed, designed for mixing components and unloading the finished mixture into an auto mixer.

The weighing dispenser module is a single frame on which three hoppers are suspended on strain gauges, directly above the concrete mixer.

The DMTS 500T cement weighing dispenser is designed for weighing cement during loading and further unloading of a dose of cement through a pneumatically controlled discharge gate by gravity into a concrete mixer. The material is loaded into the hopper using a screw conveyor (auger).

The DMV 320T water weighing dispenser is designed for weighing water during loading and further unloading of the dose through a pneumatically controlled discharge gate by gravity into a concrete mixer. Water is loaded into the hopper using a vortex pump.

The DMD 30T liquid additive weighing dispenser is designed for weighing additives during loading and further unloading of the dose through a pneumatically controlled gravity discharge gate into a concrete mixer. The additive is loaded into the hopper using a vortex pump.

The operation of all mechanisms and systems, as well as the operation of the plant as a whole, is carried out automatically, according to the algorithm described below and the formulation of the mixture specified in the controller of the automated control system included in the delivery package of the concrete plant.
