Alluvial sand, sorted, Mk up to 1.5

Alluvial sand, graded, mk up to 1.5, is a natural non–metallic building material that is not regulated by GOST. This type of product is produced from the raw materials of natural sand (watered), as a result of its washing and enrichment. Natural sand is extracted by a hydromechanized method using a C-42 type dredger, as a result of the technological process, this raw material is washed with a large amount of water, as a result of this technological process, clay and pulverized particles are washed out. The enrichment (sorting) of the feedstock, natural sand, is carried out using processing equipment, at this stage, granulometric fractions of gravel and foreign contaminants are removed from the feedstock.

As a result of production and technological processes, this non-metallic building material has the following physical and mechanical properties:

1. Bulk density, equal to 1400 kg/m3;

2. The filtration coefficient is from 0.5 m/day.;

3. The content of pulverized and clay particles by weight / clay in lumps by weight: 3.5% - 9.4% / 0.06%;

4. The content of foreign contaminants by weight is 0.00%;

5. The specific effective activity of radionuclides is 27.7 ± 3.5 Bq/kg.

This non-metallic construction material is widely used in the following types of work::

2. Finishing filling of area objects;

3. Landscaping;

4. Filling of industrial sites;

5. Filling of ditches, trenches, etc.
