EUROMIX 400.1 MINI mortar pumps
EUROMIX 400.1 MINI screw (gerotor) mortar pumps manufactured by the EUROMIX PLANT are designed for pressure transportation of mixtures, building mortars, light concretes (foam concrete, polystyrene concrete), as well as liquid and pasty materials and suspensions with fibers or solid particles. These units are widely used as transportation mechanisms in the technological lines of the construction industry, as well as in the production of construction works. For example, EUROMIX 400.1 MINI gerotor mortar pumps are used in the production lines of MK StroyPoliBeton and MK StroyPenoBeton to supply the prepared concrete mixture from a BSL DELTA type mixing plant to forming equipment. Paired with EUROMIX 600, EUROMIX SUPERMIX series mixers or EUROMIX NAVIGATOR series turbulent type mixers, EUROMIX 400.1 MINI pumps can be used on construction sites for flooring and roof insulation, as well as for mixing and pouring the mixture into the formwork.
EUROMIX 400.1 MINI mortar pumps are rotorotatory (gerotor) mechanisms. They are based on a screw pair, one of the elements of which, a single–entry screw (rotor), rotates along a planetary trajectory inside a two–entry helical cage made of elastic material (stator). Moving relative to each other, the rotor and stator constantly create several cavities along their axis, which increase in volume from the suction zone and create a vacuum, and then "drive" a wave of sucked material towards injection. The operating characteristics of the solution pump depend on the speed of rotation of the rotor, the pitch and length of its screw, and the total volume of the stator cavities: the range of material supply, as well as the amount of mixture moved per unit of time.
