Self-propelled PT platforms
RT-type self-propelled platforms are used on construction sites to move bulky and heavy equipment, building materials, structural units, blocks and other cargo.
It is a self-propelled vehicle consisting of a cargo platform mounted on wheel blocks, which has the ability to lift / lower relative to the ground. Lifting/lowering is carried out using hydraulic cylinders installed between the loading platform and the wheel unit, the lifting height is 320 mm. The front and rear parts of the platform can be raised/lowered independently of each other. The number of wheel blocks can vary, depending on the load capacity, from 4 to 12 or more. The steering is mounted on each wheel unit, the front and rear wheels are controlled separately, which gives the car good maneuverability. On request, it is possible to install electronic steering, which allows you to perform maneuvers such as crab running, carousel running, turning the front / rear / all wheels. The platform is moved using hydraulic gear motors installed in the wheel blocks. The maximum climb in the standard version is 3%, the travel speed is up to 5 km/h.
The load capacity of a self-propelled PT type platform can range from 20 to 200 tons or more. The dimensions are determined based on the customer's requirements. The machines may be able to increase the size of the cargo platform in length and width using hydraulics, installing a turntable and other necessary devices.
