It takes 2 links (rigger-fitter-welder) to install gates, ventilation grilles, and doors for access to transformer substations.
the unit volume of the gate includes:
1.1) dismantling the flaps of the old gate, dismantling the upper / lower beam of the old frame (if necessary), stripping the old ear fastenings
1.2)assembly of the frame+sash set on the ground
1.3)stopover, interaction with the manipulator when the kit is installed in the opening
1.4)level setting, frame tack
1.5)drilling the frame for the sash latches
1.6)awning of the gate
1.7)welding of the plate for closing the tongue of the gate lock (installed on the gate)
1.8)checking the opening, adjusting the flaps if necessary
1.9) welding of the frame (on three sides, 3 seams each)

2.1) dismantling of the grilles (dismantling is carried out when the shutters are dismantled, as it interferes with the installation of a new frame)
2.2) sand removal behind the old grate
2.3) installation (embedding) of galvanized mesh in the opening)
2.4) height adjustment of the grate (the corner of the grate is flush with the corner of the new frame)
2.5) tack the grate to the frame
2.6) drilling for fittings, installation of fittings and welding of the lower face of the grid with fittings
2.7) welding of the grid connection to the frame (3 seams)

3.1) dismantling of the stairs for access to the TP (dismantling is carried out when the grid is dismantled)
3.2) cutting of the new ladder in height, according to the level of the new frame
3.3) welding of the ladder to the frame

all scalding seams must be cleaned and painted when they are ready.

the welding machine is yours, I provide the consumables, USM, etc. I provide.
