We present to you the Wacker Neuson MP 15 vibrating plate, a budget model from the legendary German brand. As standard, the vibrating plate is supplied with an irrigation system, which makes it equally well suited for compacting sand and gravel, as well as for patching the roadway.
The design of the Wacker Neuson MP 15 gasoline vibratory plate, article 0630338, is simple and ergonomic. Four handles are provided for loading and unloading, located along the edges of the base plate. The air filter and spark plug are identical to those installed on the Honda GX 160, but some new versions have a new cyclone air filter. The drive belt is located in a protective casing, which requires only 2 bolts to be unscrewed! The vibration damping system, consisting of two silent blocks embedded in the base of the handle, as well as restrictive cushions that lock the handle at the optimal height, pleasantly surprises with its effectiveness. Prolonged operation of the vibrating plate does not cause discomfort.
The base plate of the Wacker Neuson vibrating plate differs in many ways for the better from the competitors:
1) The material is wear—resistant cast iron with graphite inclusions. Plus special stiffeners.
2) Solid-cast eccentric housing. That is, the eccentric mechanism is inserted directly into the base plate, so that there is no unreliable bolting of the eccentric cover.
