General features
Type: 3-axle awning semi-trailer designed for use with a 2-axle tractor unit with a hitch height of 1120-1150 mm and a permissible load of 12,000 kg.

Appointment: For international and long-distance transportation of goods that do not require special temperature conditions for storage and transportation. This type of semi-trailers is especially convenient for transporting long, indivisible loads that cannot be transported in separate parts. The semi-trailer is designed for use on roads of a common network.

Features: The semi-trailer is equipped with an awning, 3 pairs of side pillars, a front wall and rear pillars connected by aluminum crossbars, as well as rear aluminum swing doors. The roof and sides of the awning can be fully or partially shifted due to special devices.

1. The chassis
- Frame: Reinforced, welded steel structure made of longitudinal spars and transverse beams made of high-strength structural steel.
- Base plate with a 2-inch (50.8 mm) JOST or OMC bolt.
- A support device with a load capacity of 24,000 kg from OMC, with a mechanical drive and one-way control on the right.
- Basket for the spare wheel - 2 pcs.
- Rear safety device.
- Side protection devices (aluminum) - lifting.
- Plastic fenders on all wheels.

2. Axle assemblies, suspension and tires –SAF
- Axial units reinforced, disc type
- Technically permissible load capacity of the axial unit, not less than 9,000 kg.
- The suspension of the axial units is pneumatic.
- Lifting 1-axis unit with automatic lowering function under load.
- Tires 385/65 R22,5 - 6 pieces, for use on roads of a common network.

3. Brake system- KNORR BREMSE (Hungary)

- Parking brake: semi-automatic type with spring-loaded energy accumulators on the brakes of the second and third axial units.

- 2 connecting heads for connecting the pneumatic system of the semi-trailer.

4. Electrical equipment – SERTPLAS (Turkey)
- The on-board mains voltage is 24 V.
- Multi-chamber taillights with integrated triangular reflector.

- The front wall is made of profile and bent steel sheet.
- Rear steel portal with aluminum gates equipped with locking mechanisms.
- 3 rows of removable steel middle racks on the left and right (all racks with four pockets for aluminum crossbars).
- A sliding roof frame with an awning (frost-resistant design) made of PVC, with an EDSCHA sliding mechanism.
- Side curtain sliding mechanisms with an awning, a mechanism for tensioning and fixing it.
- Mounting rings on the racks for strapping the body straps diagonally.
- Folding ladder in the back of the semi-trailer.
- Holes for cones 80*80 mm on both sides – 16 pieces.

6. Painting
- The paintwork of the frame, chassis and metal parts of the semi-trailer is made of high-quality materials, which provides protection against corrosion.
