A sand-gravel mixture (SGS) is a non-metallic bulk material that consists of sand and gravel in a certain ratio. Depending on the type of extraction, a distinction is made between natural and enriched GHGS. Natural gravel is mined in open pits, it is characterized by the presence of gravel grains with a size of more than 5.0 mm in an amount not exceeding 10% of the total volume.
