The EUROMIX 20/750.4 mobile concrete batching plant is a compact and functional solution for the production of building concretes and mortars at construction sites where mobility and efficiency are important. Advantages and features.
One of the key advantages of the EUROMIX 20/750.4 is its modular design, which facilitates transportation and installation. All the main components and assemblies of the plant are placed on a common frame, which allows the equipment to be transported in a standard 40-foot container. This makes it possible to easily move the plant from site to site without imposing strict requirements on the installation site.
The plant can be installed at any production facility with minimal preparatory work. Its commissioning requires only connection to an electrical network (380 Volts), a water supply source, and, if necessary, the installation of an additional module for melting cement big bags or valve paper bags, as well as a cement storage silo. To facilitate work with the finished mix, the plant can additionally be equipped with a belt conveyor, which allows the finished concrete mix to be fed directly into an auto mixer truck, dump truck, concrete pump or construction bucket.
Production characteristics.
The EUROMIX 20/750.4 plant is capable of producing up to 20 cubic meters of concrete per hour, which is achieved through a short production cycle that takes from 85 to 120 seconds, depending on the formulation of the mixture. In one cycle, the concrete mixer produces about 0.5 cubic meters of the finished mixture.
The mixing unit is equipped with an EM 600.750 type rotary concrete mixer, which ensures efficient mixing of components due to the lining and a powerful 22 kW electric drive. The concrete mixer is designed to work with aggregates up to 40 mm in size and up to 2 tons/m3 in density.
Technological process
The plant operates according to a preset recipe, which is entered by the operator through the touch control panel. Depending on the desired consistency and composition of the mixture, the operator sets the dosing parameters for inert materials, cement, water and liquid additives.
Inert materials from four bins, each with a volume of 3 m3, enter the mixer through conveyor belt dispensers. The cement is fed into a weighing dispenser with a capacity of 0.2 m3, where it is continuously weighed. Water and liquid additives, pre-dosed in an intermediate tank with a volume of 0.15 m3, are added to the mixture after the inert components and cement are supplied.
The mixing process in the mixer takes from 30 to 50 seconds, after which the finished mixture is discharged through an electromechanical gate, which ensures the accuracy and smoothness of unloading.
