Description

The range of concrete supply via a rectilinear concrete guide, m:

- horizontal – 350 m.;

- vertical – 40 m.

- The specified characteristics are fulfilled with the following parameters of the concrete mix:

mobility of the pumped concrete mix (standard cone draft): 6-12 cm;
the maximum fraction of coarse aggregate is up to 40 mm.;
the content of coarse aggregate fraction in the mixture is not more than 10 %;
concrete grade of at least M200.
The warranty is 12 months without limitation of running hours.

The concrete pump has the following basic set:

- standard concrete guide (l = 26000 mm, = 125 mm) – 48 pcs. (total length of the route 125 m);

- knee 90 - 5 pcs.;

- flexible end sleeve 4 m – 1 pc.

Options (not included in the basic package, installed for a fee):

- mixing device;

- centralized lubrication system for intake funnel assemblies;

- retractable hydraulic supports;

- complete set of non-standard concrete guides (different length of the route, length of the concrete guide).
