We offer an option with the axis moving forward. By increasing the axial distance, the permissible loads also increase! Then a road train combined with a 2-axle tractor and a 4-axle curtain semi-trailer (with an extended axle) can carry 28 tons of cargo without violating weight standards. For comparison, a standard curtain semi–trailer can carry about 20 tons.
