The EUROSILO MOBILE horizontal cement silo is designed to receive cement from a cement truck, store and deliver it via a screw conveyor.
To monitor the cement level in silos, lower and upper level sensors are installed, and silos are equipped with SILOJET series filters with a pulse purge system of filter elements with compressed air, which has both remote and local control. The bag filter is attached to the silo tank and is used to clean the dusty air coming out of the silo when loading cement.
The use of EUROSILO MOBILE silos will make it possible to more actively implement construction projects with complex logistics or projects located at a great distance from the existing infrastructure. This minimizes the transportation costs of delivering the material to the facility, which means that the company's costs are reduced and the profitability of the work performed increases; production modernization is ensured, and opportunities for further improvement open up.
