Flushing the heating system

The Doma Teplo company performs professional flushing of heating systems without dismantling radiators in private houses, cottages and townhouses. The work takes one working day.

If your boiler (Baxi, Buderus, Vaillant, Viessmann, Ariston, Navien, Protherm or any other) is running at its limit, and the rooms remain cold, the reason is often not the equipment. Over time, deposits of rust, scale, and sludge accumulate inside pipes and batteries. This causes the system to "suffocate", overspend 20-30% of fuel, and increases the risk of an accident.

Our specialization is the comprehensive restoration of heating efficiency in Moscow and the Moscow region. We provide complete therapy for your system to make it work long and economically.

What we do as part of the service:
• We perform accurate diagnostics and audit of the system at the facility.
• We carry out flushing of all circuits: radiators, pipes (mains), underfloor heating.
• We clean the heat exchanger of the gas boiler.
• We flush the coil of the indirect heating boiler.
• We use the hydropneumatic (pulse) method to remove sand, silt and scale.
• We use chemical (reagent) flushing to dissolve persistent scale in boilers and heat exchangers.
• Replace the coolant in all circuits.
• We correct hydraulic errors and balance the system.
• Eliminate minor leaks detected during the process.
• Replace old gaskets with new ones when removing the pump.
• Fill the system with purified coolant.
• We dispose of the old antifreeze.
• We provide the possibility of flushing individual elements.

Our approach is to restore working capacity:
1. Diagnosis. Our engineer at the facility conducts a full audit, determines the degree of blockage and problem areas. Only after that he forms the final work plan and fixes the cost in the contract.
2. Technology. Depending on the condition of the system, the pipe material and the type of deposits, we choose the optimal method: hydropneumatic pulse or chemical flushing.
3. Results and guarantees. After our work, the temperature on all radiators equalizes, noise disappears, and pressure stabilizes. We provide an official contract and a guarantee for up to 6 months of work. On request, we are ready to make a photo report "before" and "after".

Why choose us for complex washing:
• Experience and equipment. We have been working since 2010. We use professional equipment (boosters, compressors) that is not available to private craftsmen.
• Transparency. The price is fixed after diagnosis and does not increase during the work process.
• Documents and reports. We conclude an official contract and provide a guarantee. We record the state of the system before and after.
• Saving for you. A clean heating system reduces energy consumption and prevents costly emergency repairs.

We are ready to leave for diagnostics and budget preparation. Doma Teplo company — we will return heat to your home.
