Facade lift 3851B (double) up to 350 m

Construction cradles (facade lifts) are designed for lifting workers, carrying out certain finishing and construction work on building facades.

Design features:

- Protection against accidental fall. The lift is equipped with two safety ropes that prevent the cradle from falling in the event of a break in the lifting cables.
- Friction type winches. They have a high traction force and lift the device with a load at high speed.
- Optimal tension of lifting ropes. The design provides for cargo loads.
- Increased stability of consoles. It is provided by ballast assembled from several counterloads.
- A frame with enhanced anti-corrosion properties. The welded structure is covered with several layers of protective polymer.
- The presence of catchers and staples. Limit the lifting height and cable movement.
- Convenient operation. An electrical cabinet with switches is installed on the cradle frame to adjust the operating parameters of the lift.
- Pad and load-bearing brakes. They keep the device in a raised state, at a height, and prevent it from falling in the event of a power outage.
- Safe emergency descent using the manual brake release handle. The lift can be lowered manually.
- Blocking of the electric drive. Prevents impact from the manual release handle when the electric motor is turned on.
- Protective covers pos. They protect the lift from moving parts on winches.
- Quick oil change. There is a filler and drain plug on the body.
