EUROMIX 15/750 mobile Concrete batching plants

The EUROMIX 15/750 mobile concrete batching plant is a modern, compact and highly efficient solution for the production of building mixes in various conditions. The main advantage of this plant is its universal design, in which all components and assemblies are placed on a common frame. This not only significantly simplifies the transportation process, but also makes it possible to move the plant in a standard 40-foot container, which makes it extremely convenient for operational deployment on construction sites.

The plant does not impose high requirements on the installation site, which allows it to be launched at any production facilities without the need for preliminary site preparation. Due to the modular design, the plant is put into operation with minimal time and labor costs. The main stages of preparation include connection to a 380 V power source, to a water supply system, and, if necessary, installation of an additional module for melting cement from big bags or valve bags, or connection of a cement storage silo.

An additional advantage of the EUROMIX 15/750 is the possibility of completing the plant with a belt conveyor designed for transporting ready-mixed concrete from a concrete mixer to an auto mixer truck, dump truck, concrete pump or construction bucket.

The plant is capable of producing about 0.5 m3 of concrete mix per cycle, and the average cycle time, depending on the formulation, is about 120 seconds. This provides a practical capacity of up to 12 m3/hour, making the EUROMIX 15/750 an ideal choice for facilities with high demands on work speed.

The plant's design includes two bunkers for inert materials equipped with belt feeders, a concrete mixer mounted on strain gauges for accurate weighing of components, as well as volumetric dispensers for water and liquid additives. The control cabinet provides the operator with the possibility of both automatic and manual control of the mixture preparation process.

The plant is equipped with all the necessary elements for comfortable and safe operation, including sockets for connecting a vibrator, an auger and a belt conveyor. The process of the plant's operation begins with the operator setting the formula of the mixture and the mixing time. After that, the automatic supply of inert materials, cement, water and additives to the mixer begins, where they are thoroughly mixed, and then the finished mixture is discharged through an electromechanical gate.
