Specifications
Screw (gerotor) mortar pumps of the EUROMIX 400.4 series manufactured by the EUROMIX PLANT are designed for transportation under pressure of mixtures, building mortars, light concretes (foam concrete, polystyrene concrete), as well as liquid and pasty materials and suspensions with fibers or solid particles. These units are widely used as transportation mechanisms in the technological lines of the construction industry, as well as in the production of construction works. For example, EUROMIX 400.4 series gerotor mortar pumps are used in the production lines of MK StroyPoliBeton and MK StroyPenoBeton to supply the prepared concrete mixture from a BSL DELTA type mixing plant to forming equipment. Paired with EUROMIX 600 series mixers or with turbulent type mixers of the NAVIGATOR series. The EUROMIX 400.4 series pumps can be used on construction sites for flooring and roof insulation, as well as for mixing and pouring the mixture into the formwork.
The EUROMIX 400.4 series of mortar pumps are rotorotatory (gerotor) mechanisms. They are based on a screw pair, one of the elements of which, a single–entry screw (rotor), rotates along a planetary trajectory inside a two–entry helical cage made of elastic material (stator). Moving relative to each other, the rotor and stator constantly create several cavities along their axis, which increase in volume from the suction zone and create a vacuum, and then "drive" a wave of sucked material towards injection. The operating characteristics of the solution pump depend on the speed of rotation of the rotor, the pitch and length of its screw, and the total volume of the stator cavities: the range of material supply, as well as the amount of mixture moved per unit of time.
The rotor is driven by a geared motor. The rubber hose (mortar line) is connected using a quick-release CAMLOCK type connection. In addition to the gerotor mechanism, the EUROMIX 400.4 series pumps are equipped with storage bins for receiving material from the mixing plant. The pump is mounted on a wheeled chassis with additional supports.
Technological features and advantages:
- simple and reliable design, combining high efficiency and low cost of operation;
- it is possible to pump materials prone to stratification, viscous and abrasive masses, foam concrete mixtures, complex multicomponent mixtures that are particularly sensitive to mechanical stress, as well as suspensions and emulsions containing solid particles;
- at the set screw speed, the pump performance does not change;
- the gerotor pair, which is equipped with EUROMIX 400.4 series screw pumps, has a design that ensures an optimal ratio of supply power and pressure with a high service life of its components;
- the presence of a pump flow hopper allows for continuous material supply, which is especially important when performing work in which a break is undesirable or even unacceptable (mechanical application of plaster mortars, mold filling, etc.);
- equipped with a wheeled chassis allows the unit to be moved around the construction site without the use of lifting equipment;
- gerotor solution pumps of the EUROMIX 400.4 series are equipped with high-quality components from well-known world manufacturers: gerotor pairs from Wilhelm Kaechele GmbH (Germany), gear motors from Italy are used.
