Major repairs of synchronous generators of domestic and imported production
- repair of the rear bearing shields with replacement of the support bearings and restoration of the rotor seats
- rewinding the shoes of the rotor (armature) of the generator with the replacement of diodes and a varistor on the rectifier bridge on the diodes
- repair of the elastic coupling with replacement of the rubber sleeves of the coupling
- IGBT module
- repair of excitation units with replacement of the voltage regulator corrector and power transformer
- repair of the stator coils of the electric generator exciter
- production of SAE damper discs for single-column imported generators according to Customer drawings
- rewinding of the alternator stator windings after an inter-turn short circuit.
Overhaul of automation of diesel power plants :
- assembly of DES control automation based on control and measuring devices: a voltmeter or a motor controller with their installation, of varying degrees of automation and configuration, with and without an automatic charger. It is possible to manufacture an analogue of the old remote controls discontinued according to the customer's wiring diagram and technical specifications.
Overhaul of Volvo diesel engines and engine cooling system:
- we offer the manufacture of an analog radiator cooling fan for engine cooling oil radiators according to the customer's drawings or sample, with the replacement of the diffuser.
Overhaul and installation of an electronic speed controller on the Customer's diesel generator
- manufacture of a gear motor with a speed control with a mounting kit and end caps, replacement of the generator solenoid
- selection and installation of the diesel engine actuator on the Customer's injection pump with the manufacture of adaptations - adapter plates, calibration of the speed control motor and installation of an inductive speed sensor on the flywheel.
